Orders
When will my order ship?
If you order in-stock items we aim to get these orders out as soon as possible to ensure you receive these quickly. Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business
days however please allow up to a month for these to ship.
If your order contains preorder items we provide clear shipping timelines on each item outlining when they are expected to ship.
When will my order ship if I order in-stock and preorder items together?
Your order will ship after your preorder items arrive. We usually aim to ship preorders within 2-4 weeks of the stock arriving for the preorder collections.
I’ve already placed an order. Can I add more items to it?
If your current order hasn’t shipped, absolutely! There are two options for this:
- Place a second order and we will manually combine and refund any additional shipping costs.
- Reach out to us at hello@natsbooknook.com and we can add these extra item(s) to your existing order. An invoice is automatically sent to you from our system after we have added these on.
How do I track my order?
When we print your shipping label, you will automatically get an email from us with a tracking number from Australia Post. If you would like us to check the status of your order please feel free to email us at hello@natsbooknook.com and we’ll follow this up for you. You can also see updates on specific items and collections via Nat’s Noticeboard here.
What are your payment methods?
Our payments are all securely processed through Shopify. We can also take payments through credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, ShopPay and GPay.
Can I change an item on my order?
If your order has not shipped, please reach out to us at hello@natsbooknook.com so we can update your order for you.
I’ve placed two orders; can I combine shipping?
Yes! Please email us at hello@natsbooknook.com with your order numbers and we will combine your orders.
PS: this does not apply for multiple preorders as these will ship separately.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to multiple countries around the world from Australia. This includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Australia, Asia and multiple other countries. We currently do not ship to the EU due to the recent GPSR regulations.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipping times are calculated using Australia Post delivery guides. Please note this does not include order processing times which vary depending on whether your order is for in-stock or preorder items. These shipping times start after your order has been dispatched.
- Australia: 2-6 business days
- United States of America & Canada: 5-9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
- New Zealand: 4-7 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-25 business days
What happens if I get charged an extra fee on my delivery to the UK?
We collect VAT for the UK at checkout, so this should not be charged on delivery. Please email us at hello@natsbooknook.com so we can look into this for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns and refunds policy?

Discounts
Do you have any discount codes?
We have discount codes available via our reps which you can find on social media. Rep codes can be used on multiple orders.
We also offer a single-use discount code when a review is provided for our items.
Products
Do you have any new products or designs coming out?
We sure do! We release a new collection every two months featuring new designs and items. You can get sneak peeks and information about these on our social media platforms and email newsletter.
Do you offer custom designs?
If you are seeking a one-off custom design please reach out to us at hello@natsbooknook.com. Please be advised that a one-off design would likely be quite expensive as it would be considered a one-off sample with our suppliers.
Will you restock certain items?
We do not plan restocks for most of our items. Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to see a product restocked, however we usually do not restock items after they have fully sold out.
Can I request a specific item or author for a future release?
Absolutely! We’d love to know what you want to see in our store.
