This notice is only for our customers in the USA. Please be aware that as of the 29th of August the de minimus is ending. Auspost is currently working on establishing infrastructure for us to be able to collect tariffs and prepay it for shipments for the USA. As of now we are unable to ship to the USA as Auspost has suspended shipping.

In the meantime, we are still allowing orders to the USA but please be aware that orders will not be fulfilled until we have further clarity on the situation.

Any order or preorder placed after the 27th of August is placed with the understanding that you will be invoiced at a later date for the applicable tariff fee.  

For further updates please check our noticeboard below. By continuing with placing your order you acknowledge you have read this statement and understand that additional tariff/duties will apply.  These will be invoiced separately and must be paid before shipment.  If you refuse to pay your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the non-refundable 20% as detailed in the applicable product listings such as this one.

20% of payment not including shipping is non-refundable after 30/9 as items will already be in production and licensing royalties paid. The non refundable fee being applied is necessary due to Sarah J Maas changing licensing agencies and most small businesses being unable to renew their licenses. Re-sale of cancelled items will be prohibited for Nat's Book Nook after xyz due to being outside our licene period and costs already paid by us are unable to be re-couped.
